Magnesium strengthens
the nervous system, helps reduce fatigue and tiredness, helps in the proper
functioning of muscles and helps maintain the structure and function of teeth
and bones.
Vitamin B6 or
pyridoxine, is involved in the formation of red blood cells, regulation of
hormonal activity, synthesis of cysteine. Pyridoxine contributes to normal
energy metabolism, as well as the metabolism of homocysteine, proteins and

Vitamin B9 or folic
