Recommendations for use: use as an external auxiliary in a complex of therapeutic and prophylactic measures for colds and inflammatory diseases of the respiratory system (tracheitis, bronchitis (including "smoker's bronchitis")), for the prevention of respiratory viral infections. The effect of the main components of the cream-balm:
• Anise oil - obtained from the seeds of Anise (Pimpinella anisum) by steam distillation. It has a strong spicy aroma and contains active components, among which the main one is anethole (up to 90%). Due to this, Anise oil exhibits antiseptic and expectorant properties. This allows it to be used for colds of the respiratory system, accompanied by cough. It can help with both dry and wet cough;
• Mustard Oil — has a bactericidal effect and is used as an external remedy for rubbing and instead of mustard plasters;
• Mint Essential Oil — is effective for colds, has a bactericidal effect, and can have a softening effect in case of loss of voice and mild hoarseness;
• Plantain Extract — has a mucolytic, expectorant and antibacterial effect. The active substances of Plantain extract stimulate the secretion of bronchial glands, which thus increases the amount of sputum and reduces its viscosity. Mucus forms a protective layer that reduces irritation of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract, increases the mucolytic effect, reduces irritation of cough receptors, and is a barrier to infection.
• Ginger extract — recommended for colds: flu, cough, lung congestion, sinusitis, also helps with sore throat, has an expectorant effect.
• Rosemary extract — obtained from the leaves and twigs of Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary). It is obtained by extraction or steam distillation, which preserves all active components. The main biologically active substances are rosmarinic acid, camphor, cineole, pinene and borneol. This is a natural remedy for relieving cold symptoms, which effectively complements treatment and promotes faster recovery.
How to use: apply a small amount of cream-balm to the skin in the sinuses (externally), on the chest and back; as a warming agent — in the feet. Rub with light movements. Apply 2-4 times a day.
Contraindications: do not use in case of skin diseases and individual intolerance to the components of the cream-balm.
Attention: do not apply the cream-balm to damaged skin areas, mucous membranes, eczematous surfaces and open ulcers. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
