Pain that suddenly
occurs along the course of nerves, in joints or muscles (neuralgia, arthralgia,
myalgia) is a common manifestation of musculoskeletal disorders that

Purpose of the medical
product
The product medical
gel "Menovazil" is an auxiliary tool in complex therapy for
neuralgia, arthralgia, myalgia, itching. The medical product, due to its gel
structure, promotes deep penetration of active substances (menthol, fir
essential oil, camphor), providing a cooling, analgesic and anti-inflammatory
effect.
Composition
Water, glycerin,
menthol, camphor, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, fir essential oil, carbomer,
triethanolamine, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, propylparaben,
2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol.
Active ingredients: 1
g of the product contains: menthol - 2%; camphor - 1.5%; fir essential oil -
1.0%
Mechanism of action
Menovazil gel is a
medical device that is used as an auxiliary agent for local pain relief,
inflammation relief and improvement of the general condition of affected
tissues. Its auxiliary effect is provided by a combination of active substances
that complement the main therapy.
Improved penetration
of active ingredients: thanks to the gel base (carbomer, PEG-40 hydrogenated
castor oil), the active ingredients easily penetrate the surface layers of the
skin, ensuring their delivery to the affected areas.
Cooling and soothing
effect: menthol stimulates cold receptors, causing a feeling of coolness and
reducing skin sensitivity. This effect contributes to temporary pain relief and
irritation.
Improved
microcirculation: camphor promotes local improvement of blood circulation,
which stimulates tissue saturation with oxygen and accelerates their recovery.
Anti-inflammatory
effect: fir essential oil (Abies Alba Needle Oil) exhibits anti-inflammatory
properties, reduces redness, swelling and promotes tissue healing.
Moisturizing and
softening the skin: Glycerin provides skin hydration, improving its elasticity
and helping to restore the protective barrier.
Antiseptic protection:
preservatives (phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, propylparaben) provide protection
of the gel from microbial contamination, increasing its stability and safety.
Indications for use
The product medical
gel "Menovazil" is used as an auxiliary agent for local use as part
of complex therapy for the following conditions: neuralgia, myalgia,
arthralgia, skin itching.
Method of application
Make sure that there
are no open wounds, cuts or injuries on the skin. Clean and dry the affected
area of the skin. Take a small amount of gel (the size of a pea or
according to the area of the affected area). With light massage movements,
evenly distribute the gel over the surface of the skin. Apply the gel 2–3 times
a day depending on the intensity of the pain syndrome or as recommended by a
doctor. Use until symptoms disappear or as prescribed by a doctor. In case of
prolonged use (more than 7 days), consult a doctor.
To achieve maximum
effect after applying the gel, avoid washing the affected area for 1–2 hours.
If necessary, repeat the application after intense physical exertion or when
symptoms worsen.
Precautions
For use by adults and
children over 12 years of age.
The gel is intended
for external use.
Before using the gel,
conduct a sensitivity test: apply a small amount of gel to a small area of
skin. If no irritation occurs within 24 hours, the gel can be used.
Avoid using the gel if
you are hypersensitive to any of the components.
Do not apply the gel
to areas of the skin with impaired integrity.
Avoid contact of the
gel with eyes and mucous membranes, in case of contact - rinse with plenty of
water.
After applying the
gel, wash your hands thoroughly.
Keep out of reach of
children.
Side effects
Menovazil gel is
usually well tolerated, however, like any medical device, it can cause adverse
reactions, especially in case of hypersensitivity to the components. If you
experience any unexpected reactions, consult a doctor. Possible side effects:
skin irritation (redness, itching, burning, dryness in the application area),
allergic reactions (rash, swelling or hives caused by sensitivity to the
components). Hypersensitivity to the components of the medical device.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity or
allergy to any of the components of the gel (menthol, fir essential oil,
camphor and other excipients), acute inflammatory or infectious skin lesions at
the site of application; eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis in the acute phase in
the areas where the gel is planned to be applied; open wounds, burns, deep cuts
or other skin damage; children under 12 years of age (the safety and
effectiveness of the gel in younger children have not been studied walis);
use during pregnancy and breastfeeding; bronchial asthma or a tendency to
bronchospasm.
Overdose
With local use of the gel "Menovazil" cases of overdose are
unlikely, since the active components penetrate the skin in limited quantities
and act mainly locally.
Release form
Gel for external use.
Packaging: 40 ml laminate tube, packed in a cardboard case together with
instructions for use.
Storage conditions
The gel should be stored in a place inaccessible to children, at a
temperature of +5 to +25 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%.
After opening the consumer packaging, the shelf life is 12 months.
