uterus (lat. Orthilia secunda, Orthilia odnoboka) is a perennial plant of the
pea family. It contains coumarins, tannins and bitter substances, iridoid,
monotropein, saponins, flavonoids, renifolin, hemaphyllin, hydroquinone,
arbutin, methylarbutin, citric and tartaric acids, vitamins C and others, as
well as trace elements: zinc, titanium, manganese, copper. It has
anti-inflammatory, resorptive, antimicrobial, diuretic and analgesic effects,
stimulates the immune system. It improves the functional activity of the uterus
and appendages, relieves inflammatory processes in the kidneys and bladder.
Yarrow herb extract.
Yarrow (lat. Achillea millefolium L.) is a hairy herbaceous plant with a
rhizome, of the Asteraceae family. Yarrow herb contains essential oil (up to
0.8%), which includes proazulene, a and b-pinenes, camphor, borneol, thujone,
cineole, caryophyllene, etc., as well as flavonoids (luteolin-7-glycoside,
rutin), sesquiterpenes (matrixin, millefolide, balchanolide), tannins and
bitter substances, achillein, vitamin K, organic acids (acetic, formic,
isovaleric). It has hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, anti-allergic
effects, irritates taste receptors and enhances the secretory activity of the
stomach, dilates the bile ducts and increases bile secretion, increases
diuresis.
Recommendations for
consumption: can be recommended for dietary nutrition as a source of
biologically active substances of plant origin for the normal functioning of
the genitourinary and reproductive systems of women (normal menstrual cycle,
positive effect on the manifestations of premenstrual and climacteric
syndromes).
