Eyebright herb, eyebright extract - the aerial part contains iridoids, saponins, phenolcarboxylic acids, flavonoids (rutin), tannins up to 6%. It is used as an immunostimulant, adaptogen, antidepressant, antioxidant; rejuvenating agent.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Ascorbic acid must be present constantly in the human diet, as it is quickly consumed, and the excess is completely excreted from the body after 4 hours. Vitamin C occupies a dominant position in extracellular antioxidant protection. It is also the most important intracellular antioxidant. Vitamin C is involved in the absorption of iron from the intestine and the release of iron from its blood transport protein - transferrin, facilitating the entry of this metal into the tissues. Vitamin C actively participates in the neutralization of toxins, antibiotics and other compounds foreign to the body.

Rutin is a glucoside, belongs to vitamin P-like substances, i.e. reduces the permeability and fragility of capillaries. Vitamin B2 plays an important role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, participates in the synthesis of hemoglobin and ensures normal visual function of the eye. It is used to support: hypovitaminosis or avitaminosis of vitamin B2, hemeralopia, conjunctivitis, iritis, keratitis, corneal ulcers, cataracts, aphthous and angular stomatitis, wounds and ulcers that do not heal for a long time, general nutritional disorders, radiation sickness, intestinal dysfunction, infectious hepatitis, condition after antibiotic therapy, during the period of convalescence after infectious diseases.

Zinc. An essential element, the importance of which is determined by the fact that it is a part of the hormone insulin, participates in carbohydrate metabolism and in the creation of other important enzymes, participates in the processes of hematopoiesis, in the photochemical reactions of the vision process, in the activity of the endocrine glands.

Composition per tablet/capsule:

- eyebright herb - 200 mg,

- eyebright extract - 100 mg,

- vitamin C - 50 mg,

- zinc - 5 mg,

- rutin - 5 mg,

- vitamin B2 - 4 mg.

Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, lactose, starch, sorbitol (filler), calcium stearate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, gelatin (for capsule).

Recommendations for use: recommended for the diet as an additional source of a complex of biologically active substances of plant origin, vitamins, zinc for general strengthening of the body and creation of optimal dietary conditions for supporting the visual apparatus during eye fatigue.

Method of use and recommended daily amount: adults 1 tablet/capsule 2-3 times a day, children from 12 years old 1 tablet/capsule once a day after meals.

Other amounts of consumption should be agreed with a doctor. It is recommended to consult a doctor before consumption.

Duration of consumption: up to 4 weeks. In the future, the possibility of repeating should be agreed with a doctor.

Precautions for consumption: increased individual sensitivity to individual components of the product, children under 12 years old, pregnant and lactating women.
