Fish oil is a source of essential fatty acids DHA and EPA (Omega-3), which play an important role in nourishing the tissues of the musculoskeletal system and help maintain comfort during movement.

Sesame, horse chestnut and evening primrose oils contain a balanced combination of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids, as well as saturated fatty acids. They include vitamins A, B, C, E (choline) and K, which are involved in supporting metabolic processes and can be useful for nourishing joint tissues and ligaments.

Boswellia extract contains boswellic and triterpenic acids, essential oils and bitter substances. Due to its properties, the component is traditionally used in formulas aimed at supporting joint mobility and a sense of comfort.

Composition per 1 capsule with a content of 500 mg (mg):

- fish oil: 378.75 mg (mg);

- sesame oil: 47.23 mg (mg);

- horse chestnut oil: 35.94 mg (mg);

- evening primrose oil: 32.8 mg (mg);

- boswellia extract: 5.28 mg (mg).

Composition of the soft gelatin capsule shell: gelatin (gelling agent), glycerin (E422), water.

Recommendations for consumption: recommended for the diet as a source of biologically active substances, polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid), natural vitamin E and as a general tonic that has a beneficial effect on the condition of the musculoskeletal system.

Method of consumption: adults and children from 12 years old, 1-2 capsules 3 times a day during meals. Other amounts of consumption should be agreed with the doctor.

Duration of consumption: up to 4 weeks. In the future, the possibility of a repeated course should be agreed with the doctor.

Precautions for consumption: children under 12 years old, pregnant and lactating women, increased individual sensitivity to individual components of the product.
